SRS Basics Radio Communication for Beginners ?

Hey everyone I'm new to SRS And want To learn the basics. There seems to be a lot of how to set up and install videos online, but I cant seem to find resources for learning the basics for radio communication terminology And Aviation Jargon. Any help would be appreciated and if  there is a tutorial somewhere that I'm unaware of I would be keen to read it and learn.

I found this which has some useful information.

last night when I was on srs I heard some one call out there call sign following runway number and formation left, I assume runway number 1 is designated for larger runway and 2 is for smaller runway? Formation Left would be just 90 degree left after take off?
