Did the balloon DM get changed?  Seems like it's easier to flame one now.

They moved some of the hydrogen into the pilot's head so they can explode as well.

Just tested shooting balloons with a HanriotH1. Seems as it was, most of the times the flames appeared after a second shooting pass only.

Did you see that change item listed in the recent patch change listing?

No I didn't see any change listed.  I just notice the last two times I attacked one it seemed to catch fire quicker than it did in the past.  I had one flame before I finished my first pass.  Did it change?
