JG4_NOW99 Posted August 2, 2025 Posted August 2, 2025 After a long wait, our New Year’s Flight 2025 from the Battle of Britain event is finally online! On January 11th at 21:00, JG4 took off to destroy radar stations at low level, followed by a second run on enemy ships. Spitfires and Hurricanes intercepted us on every sortie – but we pushed through and completed our mission. Thanks to everyone who took part and supported the flight! Feel free to check out the Ad Astra Battle of Britain event, which takes place every second Saturday – including today! 3 2 1

I know the variants/subvariants of some of the planes depicted here aren't accurate, but you all made do with what you had. Well done! Edited August 3, 2025 by Jackfraser24 2

Have you heard of the song "Die Wacht Am Rhein"? I think the Hearts of Iron IV version would fit really well if you were to make a cinematic video on Operation Bodenplatte from the Luftwaffe's perspective. Edited August 4, 2025 by Jackfraser24 1
JG4_NOW99 Posted August 26, 2025 Author Posted August 26, 2025 ChatGPT: Thanks a lot! 😊 Yes I know the song, it would actually be a perfect fit for a cinematic on Operation Bodenplatte. If the Rhine makes an appearance, I might just have to use it! 1
