Hello! I bought the game a bit ago and just got a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro to use with it. My current issue I'm running into is that while the buttons are being recognized in the mapping, the stick itself is not no matter how many times I've set the sensitivity. I know the stick should work because at least windows recognizes it in device manager so I'm just unsure what the issue could be.

Did you map the pitch and roll key mappings to the forward/back & left/right movement of the stick?

I did manage to do that and it had worked for a bit but when I went to invert the controls since they were inverted it just stopped detecting the joystick again for some reason. I managed to get it to work again but then I tried to remap roll for example, it just went back to not detecting the stick itself again. Well it detects the stick whenever I want to put the input into the mapping setting but then it just doesn't pick it up on the sensitivity responsiveness setting of the pitch, roll, and yaw.

You could check if there are many old USB drivers active with USBdeview.exe. UNINSTALL the white ones.

Try unplugging it and plugging into another USB port, or if you don't have any extra ports, unplug it and plug it back in.  Sometimes the USB ports act up, might be grit or lint in the port blocking a full connection.  If you've got some compressed air blow it into the port while the USB plug is out.  I've had to do that with my pedals as they pick up more stuff sitting down by the floor.
