Head tracking help/pointers?

Hi all! I'm taking my first steps with headtracking. I'm using an app on my phone and have it connected to opentrack. I've worked with the curves, etc. and now I just feel  jerky and am struggling a bit. I set up a dogfight in an SE5a against a novice Albatros D.III just to test the set up and get used to it. I made a video of my struggles and would appreciate any pointers -- other than practice more, which I intend to do. Naturally, my actually dogfighting skills are not great in this clip. I'm much more used to using the snap views with F1 to center and F2 to track enemy aircraft. Nevertheless, here it is: YouTube video of my headtracking attempt.
