Meta Quest 2

Hello everybody, I need urgent help please.

 

Just bought a Laptop PC with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 (i9-16th gen. 32 gb ram) .

 

My headset is Meta Quest 2. 

 

I am living trouble installing the Oculus application. It is stopping somewhere towards the end and does not complete installation with a fault message at the end. 

 

I heard that Meta Quest is not supporting Geforce 50+ series and this might be the reason. Is this right?

 

In the forum i see that there are peeople using OCulus headsets with RTX 50+ 

 

Can somebodyplease advise how i shall get rid of this problem.
