Any high-altitude missions or campaigns for G6AS?

The career missions of G6AS are mainly bomb beachhead (low altitude) and free hunt (4~5km altitude). But the performance advantage of G6AS only began to show from 7km altitude above. Do we have missions or campaigns to fight at such altitude, regardless of whether it is based on historical facts?

Obviously it's multi-player and not single player, but a lot of the action on the server ends up being PvE, and every mission is based on a real historical raid/event.  The G-6/AS is available in most of the Mighty 8th themed missions from Spring 1944 onward, and performs really well in these settings - high altitude combat, generally above 7km.  There's probably not a lot else out there in IL-2:GB that touches on this stuff.
