S! @=DW=_Tauront

Great skin = DW = _Tauront...

It's too bad that the I-153 was Russian. I'm creating a new TC PvP mission featuring the Finnish versus the Russians on the new map, Odessa.

I'm looking for a few Finnish skins for the Bf 109 (F2), the MC202, and the Ju 52.
Any skins that fit those planes would be advertised before the event!

Cheers,

S! You can add I-153 on a german side if I remember correctly in mission editor. Just everyone should be advised to download these skins. For now i had little of time creating this skin but fortunately it is done and is correct according to paintjobs that I've found on internet. If ill find more time i'll make the skins for rest of planes that finland owned. Glad you like it! I'm happy its done.

VERY nice! But isn't one wing supposed to be negative?

The Finnish  used 11 aircraft of the type DB-3M and four aircraft of the type DB-3F (Il-4)(Below)

Finns never operated 109 F2 (but yes 48 G-2s, 111 G-6s and 3 G-8s) or MC202 and Ju 52 was used by Aero, which was Airliner company and all planes were is civilian register.

S! @GasTeddy

Thank you for the information, GasTeddy. I did come across that while researching for the upcoming AAS-SCG PvP TC Event. However, as many know, it's quite challenging to have the exact tanks and planes needed for a mission in IL-2, as many of them are missing. Regarding the choice of the Bf 109 F-2, the fictional mission is set around Summer 1941, and not many Bf 109s were in the skies at that time. For the MC202, the Finnish forces were using some Italian planes, such as the Fiat G.50, which is why I made that selection. I chose the Ju 52 for a side mission involving a parachute drop.

Cheers, GenMarkof

Beautiful aircraft both the DB-3 and the IL-4.

We need both the DB-3 and the IL-4 because they were common bombers on the eastern Front IL-2 Great Battles would not be complete without it.
