C47a skinning nose part.

Hi experts. 

Using the C47a public template i have problems setting a straight line from side to side on the nose part.

 

In the template i draw a straight red line (upper one) like this:

 

 

But in the the actual ***#1.dds  it keeps appearing jagged and of irregular bumpy thickness:

 

 

Any ideas for a fix? Seems a problem with this skins, also with a found Quantas skin on Haluter.

No magic trick, I'm afraid... Just tedious tuning, just a bit more tedious than normally. I use dumb & strong method; use move pixels tool, save and export, check, re-tune. Panel finder layer helps somewhat in the beginning; just export one skin with transparent panel finder layer so you can see how the line matches with panel finder grid.

Panel finder is discussed here for example in the last post. You just have to rescale the linked one to 4k
