Cannot start purchased campaign 'Sky Nomads'

Can't start the campaign - trying to load first mission it says 'unavailable for your account' ? Bought it last year but never tried it.

No, there are no support people for the game on the forum. Mostly just customers helping other customers.

When you started the sim did you start in online or offine?  Anytime you purchase a module or download an update you have to logon in online mode to activate anything new.

I always use online. Pretty sure it worked when I first bought it, but it's a long time ago. Thanks
