Best upgrade from Ryzen 5 5500?

I have a ryzen 5500, paired with a RTX 4060 Ti in 1080p and 16GB RAM DDR4. 

I’ve been looking at the Ryzen 7 5700x3d and I think its performance is crazy, but it’s a bit expensive (240 euros), meanwhile there are other CPUS like the 5700x, which costs 140 euros, but I don’t know if upgrading to this one will be worth it, considering that I want the CPU to last me for many years, and the one I buy will be the last one for AM4 that I’m going to buy. There’s also the 5800x for 166 euros, and the 5800xt for 190 euros. I’m wondering if the 5700x3d is worth the extra 3D cache. I dont play VR and I want the game to run smooth with big formations.
