Head Trackers in general

I had 3 different head trackers, and now a TrackHat Sensor v2, seemingly still the most user friendly option as it needs no head or cap mounted contraption. Any news on that? Any tips on setting it up properly?

Having no experience of this device and guided only by the description, my advice would be to the vendor: Change the name, its current one represents a concept that the product itself makes obsolete.
