Possible Air/Sea rescue assets?

Would it be possible to add a couple simple Air/Sea rescue assets into IL-2:GB?  Specifically a dinghy and a dye pack?

 

While it would be nice to have the dinghy as a full on AI boat, in order to set it moving to the current, even a static object would get the job done.  Something simple like this:

 

 

And a simple dye pack effect:

 

 

This would give mission makers a tool for some very interesting mission types - let players or AI hunt for a downed airman in the water - then either keep it in sight until a boat or a relieving aircraft could make it to the area.

 

These kind of actions happened regularly over the English channel, and often lead to additional battles as low fighters or bombers or air/sea rescue aircraft drew the attention of opposing fighters.

 

This seems like a case where a couple very simple assets would offer some interesting and creative options for mission makers.
