Feature suggestion: Allow starting TrackIR after the game is launched

I’d like to be able to launch TrackIR while IL-2 is running. Sometimes I launch the game and realize after entering the cockpit that TrackIR wasn’t started.

Problem: IL-2 currently detects TrackIR only at launch. If TrackIR wasn’t running at that moment, there’s no way to make the game recognize it without a full restart.
