La-5 series fighter

Hi All, I have been purchasing collectors planes to add to this fantastic combat flight Simulation and have just added the La-5Fn series 2 and also the La-5 series 8

 

But I can only find provision for the La-5 series 8 on the Stalingrad map and the La-5Fn series 2 only shows up on the mission builder.

And I see that the La-5F series 38 is also for purchase, is that there for a later war map ?

Yeah La5fn shows up only on the mission builder, you can play on career mode or download some La5fn campaigns for this fantastic plane..or PWMG missions...

I have already La5f but never used it...

If you want a historical career in La-5FN there were (if memory serves me right) a couple of regiments in Kuban, but none in Stalingrad. Standard La-5 was first flown in this battle, FN came a year later.

Yes, F and FN appear for the first time on the Kuban map.
