Can't create pilote on Coop campaign

Hi everybody, 

Sorry if this is a noob question... 

I tried to create a coop campaign to play with a friend, and i am not able to add a new pilot.

In Personnel > Administer Pilots > Add Pilot i fill all the input, click to finish on "Next step" but the button "Create pilot" stay grayed and unclickable.

I am not sure what i am doing wrong... can anybody help me ?

ps: i tried on PWCG Flying Circus and i had the same problem, so i think i am doing something wrong...

I need to do something to not accept invalid characters and explain it better.
