career mode promotions

so... i keep getting commendations, medals, but no actual promotions. With the amount of jerry I have shot down or bombs I have Dropped on England, you'd have thought I won the war on my own, but no promotions

Probably mission count.  If it helps, Hartmann never made it to Major either.

I've found that it tends to require 15-20 successful missions per promotion.
