Huggy98 Posted April 24 Posted April 24 I got my throttle axis sorted this morning and everything worked fine. Logged in after work and nothing on my throttle works. It's like its not even connected. It works fine on the test software and on DCS. Anyone help please? It's a Turtle beach flight deck.
PO_Baldrick Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Do you have many usb controllers, sometimes Windows messes up the order and there is a limit of 8 that IL2 sees I believe?

It was "joy1" but not working. I deleted all mapping and re mapped it and it is now "joy3" for some reason.
czech693 Posted April 24 Posted April 24 (edited) The joy numbers get assigned in the order you plugged them in. If you want to joystick to be joy1, you need to unplug everything and start plugging them back in with the joystick first. EDIT: Actually the first controller plugged in will be assigned joy0. jollyjack Posted April 25 Posted April 25 You could swap joy ID's 2 ways, with JoyID.exe, or in data/input/ device.txt Mine:. configId,guid, model| 0,%2205a415c0-e897-11ef-0000545345440c80%22,Throttle%20-%20HOTAS%20Warthog| 1,%2205a35270-e897-11ef-0000545345440780%22,AVA%20Base| 2,%2205a3a090-e897-11ef-0000545345440980%22,MFG%20Crosswind%20V2%2F31| 4,%220d135890-1d56-11f0-0000545345440180%22,DualSense%20Wireless%20Controller the first number, 2= joystick ID 3 1
