Double Image on Montior Problem

I recently had to reset my Windows, which also required reloading all of my apps.  Now when I fly in VR, my monitor is displaying a split screen with both left and right images showing.  According to past posts, I need to change a startup CFG file entry,  startup.cfg "or_render_eye = 1"; however, when I open my startup CFG file, there is no such line.  If anyone knows how to fix this, much appreciated!

It's in the section Key = graphics in the startup.cfg. If you don't have it, just add it there.
