Spitfire Mk.Vb engine timer

I recall this being discussed a few years ago, and I even think I remember there was an update regarding it once?  I can't be 100% sure on that though, as I couldn't find anything when searching.

 

The Spitfire Mk.Vb engine timer for 3000RPM / +16lbs is 3 minutes in the sim.  But it is clearly stated in the cockpit that it is 5 minutes.

 

Is this something that can be fixed?
