compatibility with "IL-2 Enhanced Version 2.2" mod?

So, for campaigns I cannot play IL2 without PWCG...it's just too good.

There are many tweaks I'd love to have that are listed within the "IL-2 Enhanced Version 2.2" mod.  Before I start pressing buttons, does anyone have experience with how these two mods interact?  As in, is it a compatibility no-go, or is it possible with minimal headaches?

Thanks kindly!

PWCG is not really a mod, but a mission builder. The visual effects in the Enhanced mod won't impact any missions, but the weapons/gunnery changes will change how the missions play. However, it should not break anything with PWCG, but just change the difficulty.

Of course, for safety just use JSGME, and you can roll back the mod with one click.

PWCG works just fine with the modpack (assuming you have a beefy PC). There are few specific mods (gunnery, flak, effects, etc.) mods by Stonehouse specifically for PWCG that can also be added on top of the modpack.

Reach down there and find the parts god gave you that said. "Hold my beer, I'm gonna press these buttons." We'll help you pick up the pieces if it goes wrong.

I use Stonehouse mods myself.  Anything that operates in game probably will work fine.  PWCG makes mission files and reads mission logs.  As long as what you do does not affect these two things PWCG doesn't care.
