Hosting Coop with RadminVPN/Hamachi

Greetings,

I know this topic has been covered before but I did not manage to find an exaustive answer to that. I'm unable to port-forward the router with my ISP due to NAT so for other games and sims I use the "Fake-LAN" method using RadminVPN or Hamachi to play with other friends.

 

It seems not to work here with IL2GB, I tried several times with different settings but the clients never managed to see my server in the server list.

Settings we tried:

-Available from Internet.....unchecked

-Settings/multiplayer/IP....the radminVPN IP and not the local one

We also tried to enable the "available from internet" option, in that case the server was visible on the list but it caused the freeze of the game for the client trying to join the server.

 

Has anyone managed to configure the game for proper Radmin/Hamachi hosting? Probably this product does not support LAN at all.

Unfortunately No.

It seems mandatory for this product to forward the ports on the router (if the ISP permits this). It also seems that the "available from internet" option during server creation must be always checked.

I was never able to create a server and making it visible only in the Local Net.
