Career -- Customize Pilot Bio?

I've been trying to find a way to customize my pilot bios in career mode, but can't find anything where I might be able to do that in the files.
This would really be an awesome in-game feature; it's just editing some text after all. But I'd be fine just being able to alter some text file out of game.

If it is still working just check UNGTP with the search of Google, because the forum’s search is a bit pointless to use. I always did make my own bios incl with my own photo.

What file(s) would I modify?

I have to search this, after nearly 5 yr without any IL2 on my Ssd it’s like being completely new into this game. Hope you have patience, because mostly only at the weekends I do have finally the time for my PC hobby.
