Track IR Not Looking Left or Right

I scanned through and couldn't find this exact issue discussed.  My track IR will look vertically but not horizontally.  I can also "strafe" my head side to side and that works.  I do have IL-2 flying profile selected in the track IR app and everything is sensing properly in the app just not allowing me to turn my head to look over each wing in game.

look in the profile tab and see if the axes all have a check mark in them
