FPS all over the place

Installed on my new rig and the FPS are all over the place. 300 to 6 to 90 to 165 to 2 to 340, etc. 

 

Specs: I7-14700KF, 32 mb RAM, 2TB nvme SSD, RTX4070 super, 165 Hz monitor (flatscreen, no VR)

 

First quick mission over the channel.

Update, changing the ingame refresh rate to 120 seems to have fixed it. I hope.
