BaglanBoy Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Hi Folks, I have just rejoined and started from scratch, so purchased both Stalingrad and Moscow which was successful, but there is no short cut icon om my desktop allowing me to open the simulation. have I missed something. Thanks
Zooropa_Fly Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Find the main game folder, then go into Bin\Game. The game launcher is in there, so you can make your own shortcuts. 1

Skycat1969 Posted March 14 Posted March 14 If you bought from the website, check your account for the download for the unified launcher. Once the launcher is installed you should have a desktop icon. 1
BaglanBoy Posted March 14 Author Posted March 14 (edited) Thanks all for the info, I have now successfully installed which is now up and running, just one more question, I have a previous game input file [ joystick settings ] saved to a flash drive, can I just overwrite the existing input files with the saved joystick settings, or delete the new and paste the saved settings. Thank you Edited March 14 by BaglanBoy

Thank you Overwriting and deleting/pasting are essentially the exact same thing. However, there was a major update of the input system a while back, so if your input files are from too long ago, chances are this won't work. You can try though; just back up the new ones and then overwrite them with your old ones. Wost case that can happen is that you have to restore the backed up new ones. BaglanBoy Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 Thanks everyone, I have installed my original input files and all works well, so I'm flying again and as always enjoying this magnificent combat flight simulation. Cheers
