Sharing OpenTrack settings for IL-2 (TrackHat V2)

I've just bought IL-2 since the sales are on now, but I also bought a TrackHat V2 for it (and also for War Thunder). Though, setting up a good balance of head movement and non-nauseating movement seems quite hard. Is there maybe anyone that could share their settings with me that also uses Opentrack so I can have a good reference? Thank you in advance and see you in the air.
