Clouds removal?

Any mod out there that permanently removes clouds? I have them set to low now, but the game is still completely unplayable with the AI flying perfectly with no mistakes, following you, cheating 24/7 and shooting you through obstacles which clouds happen to be one of them. 

 

I just want to play the damn game, finish a mission, play another one, not to waste x hours of my time trying to find a way, to outsmart a squadron of cheaters that focus on me, and shoot me before they are even visible.
