I'm trying to share track recordings with a friend, but for some reason his game isn't creating the .trk files

When I record in game tracks, I get all three items created: the mission folder, the .trk file, and a tacview file as seen in the picture below:

 

 

The problem is that in his IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad/Data/Tracks folder location, only the mission folder is being created. What's weird is that he's still able to play his own recordings and rewatch his POV, but I'm not able see his without having the related .trk file.

 

His only has the one item, but it works on his machine:

 

 

 

Please help, I'm stumped!
