Oranges123* Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Hi - has anyone any ideas about things I might try to deal with this problem. ANY ideas really appreciated. Before downloading I have turned off my Avast virus checker, deleted any 'update files' and run the download as administrator. I live in London England and ensure I try downloads in the week when Russian server is available. Help! kind regards to all 'flyers'. Malcolm Furneaux 1
Minstrel Posted February 16 Posted February 16 I have this fairly frequently. I have also received little, to no help on it when I raise a support ticket. Reset your router and see if that helps.
