alexmark77 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Sometimes successfully fulfilling main target in mission I don't have "T" landing mark when I return to my home aerodrome. So, I haven't got "Landing successful" message after landing. How to get this message properly?
LufberyJAA Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I'm still trying to figure that out too, but it seems to be tied to landing within the confines of the aerodromes field. I've had a few of my landings go long and it shows as a forced landing. Conversely, I've ground looped with some wing damage within the field and get a landing successful message.
czech693 Posted February 15 Posted February 15 I think there was some past discussion about this. It would happen if you got back to your airfield too soon, usually because you skipped some of the return flight waypoints and took a shortcut back. Also, you can get an "unseccessful landing" comment if you landed at a different airfield than the one you took off from.
Zooropa_Fly Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Just pop icons on for a second and it'll show you exactly where you should be landing.

Zooropa_Fly Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Enable 'Object Icons' in your settings. They can be turned on / off in-game at will. So if you're unsure of where to land, there's a big blue icon to show you. It appears after you've passed the last waypoint. 1
PatrickAWlson Posted February 19 Posted February 19 I usually look around to see if I'm right side up, my landing gear is still attached, and I do not have my nose smashed into the ground. Then I give myself the "Landing successful" message. 3 1
