Delete Waypoints?

Is there a way to delete waypoints in a PWCG mission? My main beef with PWCG is that it frequently creates incredibly complicated flight plans, and I'd really like to simplify them to be more like the straightforward, easy-to-follow flight plans in vanilla career. I've turned off climb waypoints, and I know I can drag the remaining waypoints around on the map screen before accepting the mission. But on certain mission types you get a ridiculous number of waypoints, with no obvious way to cull them. When the mission generator gives me a patrol mission with like ten or twelve different patrol waypoints, I'd really like to edit that down to two or three.
