Is it a CloD issue or Reshade issue that makes newer versions not work?

I wondered about using Reshade and remember lots of conversations about newer versions not working with CloD..

What's the current version that works and is it the newer Reshade that is incompatible or did something break in CloD?

Oh, I would like to know that too. I'm so much missing "deband" effect from ReShade 3.x
