How about a little love for the Pilot, crew and ground crew models?

I wonder now the Discord is up an running keeping these request just to that it might lessen the load on TFS in having to respond to the OP and, perhaps more imprtantly, anything that falls out of it as a result? Interaction on the discord has been good since launch.

As I explained to you on Discord... this is something which has been on our 'To Do' list since 2017... we are more than aware the faces are not 2024 standard... and we hoped to have it done for TF 6.0.

 

And of course it has been mentioned by yourself in the past... several times.  Now again... both here and Discord.

 

But as there are higher priorities so it hasn't happened yet... as has been explained, we have had to delay our release of TF 6.0 due to loss of modelers from our team.

 

Making this change is not as simple as just changing the face 3d/textures... it requires changing the game human models... which also involves programming.

 

And of course, I notice on another thread you are demanding updates on the aircraft modeling work... so what would you prefer... us drop the aircraft modeling and focus on the faces or work on the aircraft ?

I just wish we could slap an oxygen mask on our Ju-88 gunner...oh and maybe, if possible have him look more like he is "holding" the weapon...?😁

If you equip the pilot model with said mask then occupy the gunner position, when you move back to the pilot seat, the gunner will be all masked up. 

 

Of course it only even applies to the last three positions so if you go rear gunner and bomb aimer therafter, old starey boy is back and you have to occupy his seat again. 

 

Or - you could macro swapping positions so you pass through that position from any other position to keep them that googles on. 

 

Not ideal but better than spending a couple of hours in his unmasked company. 

 

As for his hands - I can only suggest a sandwich is modelled.
