DeadlyMercury Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Hello. I've recently got vpforce rhino (before long time ago it was g940) and I see strange behavior - ffb constant force is inverted on roll axis. This means that trimming the plane gives the opposite effect - trimming left moves stick to the right while trimming right moves stick to the left. There is no such problem with pitch axis, it behaves correctly. Additionally I confirmed ffb reversion with default binding (RCtrl+arrows - left-right trim is inverted), indication in the cockpits (indicator shows left trim while plane goes to the right) and visually observing aileron and trimmer - aileron follows the trimmer deflection while it should oppose it, trimmer deflection should push aileron the opposite way. Additionally I don't see such issue in DCS. There trimmer works without any problems. I can "fix" this problem with X axis inversion in both game and rhino configuration utility - that fixes problem for Il-2 but creates same problem for DCS. Probably there is a magic config file like joys.ffp I should edit somehow?
DeadlyMercury Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 (edited) Ok, seems fixed, but I'm not sure if it is correct and would like some supervision. I copied default secion in joys.ffp and renamed it to VPforce, while in axis map I've changed 0 to -0 in all three sections similar to g940 configuration below. Now stick follows roll trim.
