gt-foursturm Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Hello, I have a problem with entering the license key. I bought the IL-2 Sturmovik game "Battle of Stalingrad" on Steam and wanted to play it on the original page Sturmovik.com. I then requested the license key from Steam but did not get (see Appendix PDF). But I need this to play the game at Sturmovik.com. A key is necessary there. I don't want to play the game on Steam but sturmovik.com.

You can play DLC you bought from il2sturmovik.com in Steam, but not the other way around. If you really don't want to play IL2 using Steam, I suggest you get a refund (if still possible) and buy the game again from il2sturmovik.com.

Too late, now that it's been deleted I won't translate it anymore gg! But please let the customer help themselves... Or they should use the search function...here are a many Steam problems.... As already mentioned, this is misleading for customers who find your game on Steam! Your site states that there is no Steam key, but there isn't one on Steam! That's the problem! And at least as many non-Steam problems, so a non-argument. 15 hours ago, I./JG68_Sperber said: As already mentioned, this is misleading for customers who find your game on Steam! Your site states that there is no Steam key, but there isn't one on Steam! There is nothing misleading. The site correctly and explicitly states that if you buy something on the site, you can't play it on Steam. As for Steam, it's almost always the case that you need Steam to run games you bought from the Steam store. IL2 isn't any different in that regard. But @gt-foursturm - may I ask why you don't want to play on Steam? There may be workarounds.
