spawning on aircraft carriers

1946 version 4.12.2

When trying to spawn on an aircraft carrier I get the following message.....

' please wait until deck is clear '  

Note : I have no other aircraft involved except the  'one '  picked  re: home base ..

use to work in the past but not now ..

Any suggestions

What kind of mission?  Single, Career, Quick?

Version 4.12.2  VP mod

Multi player  dogfight Full mission builder

 

Clarification  : I don't believe that I have ever spawned on a carrier in 4.12 etc.  but I can on the other version I have 4.10.1M..

 

Note   I flew with ACG for 10 years  ( 610 )

If you post the mission file someone might be able to find an error in the mission?

The file is quite large so I  will pass on that ....

I have built numerous missions  . The 4.10.1m version  I have no issues with spawning on an aircraft carrier  its the 4.12.2m with VP mod that's is causing the problem 

No problem with  AI  just  a   player issue .

Are you trying to fly this from the FMB? If so that will never work. You need to actually start a dogfight session to test the carrier spawn.

 

I will say this I copied the mission you posted and put it into my HSFX 7.03 build since I do not have the VP mod installed. In my build I spawned on a carrier just fine in a dogfight session.

Sorry for the tardy reply .

 

I always exit from FMB after working on the mission  ( fmb )  and then go to multiplayer and then run the mission . 

 

Do you suppose that the VP mode is causing the issue ?

Hello All,

 

Well I sorted it out ....  in the last tab ( home base )  you have to  check the  box that says   " air spawn if deck is full " . I wasn't thinking in Russian . Can now spawn on aircraft carriers !
