Ta152-H1 skin Willi Reschke III./JG301

Still gathering information and photographs so this aircraft skin is loosely based on Willi Reschke's Ta-152. Considering how few sorties were actually flown in this aircraft the heavy weathering is to be taken as artistic licence even though it was April 1945. Good info to be had at the Falkeeins.blogspot.com website and Dietmar Hermann's book Focke-Wulf Ta152 also looks good. The version number v48 (about 48 hours) isn't the time spent on this skin alone but a reflection of the time I have spent on making changes to the existing and excellent ingame .psd file to get here starting with semi-historical skins and now my first Ta152 historical skin. I usually spend about 35 hours doing a skin. But the Spifire and T34 I did took around 85 hours each. Considering that I am working with a completed template I can only guess at how much time it takes to create a template from scratch. So to the developers a big Thank You! Again. In the light of more information coming in I have updated the skin. It is still based on black and white period photos but closer. I found this bit of info in a forum discussion among some people that knew him after the war.

816, Ta 152, green 9, enemy mission, Neustadt-Glewe, 24. Apr. 45, takeoff 0800 landing 0915. Shot down 2 Yack 9.
