Tried an Insect cleaning spray-can, but it's content was not enough:

Well, that must have been quite a surprise for the driver

The Mosquito is clearly in the wrong for unbecoming dangerous behaviour and driving on the wrong side of the road. Should be breath tested and fined with loss of license. I hope there were no serious injuries.
