camera PS eye camera show the video , not only the infra red points.

Hello everybody,

I replace my PC by a new one , more powerfull , but i have problem to reinstall the PS3 eye camera and the Opentrack software ;

my problem is this: when I launch Opentrack the camera is recognized, but I can see me in the screen, instead of see only the red infra red points; so impossible to adjust and setup correctly the system.

 

Do you have an idea how to solve this?

hello,

its all right , I found the problem, it was an adjustment to perform in camera setting, exposure and gain must be adjusted to zero value. 

now my last problem is: when in the cockpit, opentrack is working , ok, but the screen is always shaking, trembling, and I dont find the reason; 

 

do you have an idea?

Under "settings/camera" do you have "Head Shake" checked? If so un-check it.

hello , no , I dont see any box called'' head Shake'' in the camera setting.

There´s a "head shake" option in the game settings somewhere.

hello , yes , I find it!: in the settings 'CAMERA' , there is a box named ' shaking'; I uncheck it and it works fine now!  thanks a lot swedish guy! 😉
