which pedal footrests do you prefer?

I have currently "combat" which are 50tie style jet fighter footrests on

Altough I fly a bf109. But I gone change that soon.

Me used a stickya often. But Pedals are a whole other world. If you dont have pedals you dont understand.

Its not if your not used to stick yaw you will have difficulties with pedals, youll understand quit quick. But you have much more functionality or how would it be called? The plane is feelable more.

And Iam flying around just deep and close to water that the windshield gets wet. Its such pleasure to hold the plane level while turning. Or just going crazy dangerous deep. Its somehow fun. and flying through bridges. I just can recommand if your into flight simming its just makes really sense.

And the best thing is I dont know how to rest my foot on combat style. I have no questions where rest the foot of the german pedal just put your foot on. But on the 50ties Jet style? if its even jet style.

edit: I think I made my first hartmann roll. lol is this manoveuer even a real manoveuer like an Immelberger?

It was somestrange turning on the stick and full pedal. and i roll somehow over i cant find video for a hartmann roll.

so is this just an urban legend? it was a not near red-out.

I must say pedals are good like tracker (or vr) a huge atmospheric experience.

its just how it is meant to be. so if your into flight simming try it.

you wont regret.

For the most comfortable pedals of all, use the 109 pedals with my croc-mod (shown below)!

Just use a pair of cheap knock-off crocs, cut a notch in the heel to keep it from slipping down on the pedal, and reverse the heel strap to slide under the pedal to hold the shoe in place.  As you can see in the photo, I also cut out the top of the shoe for breathability.  It has worked great for three years so far.

I used shoes with thin shoe sole : fluffy slippers. Short after I started cause of some strange feeling.

Its not leveled its combat style so its got a certain feeling which I dislike after 2 hours.

I found out combat pedals are alike the p51 pedals. but they are green! and you have to know that bf109 I just think they are level and a little more narrow they could be cool cause all of the footrests on.

and must say your croc shoes look awful but you dont have to steer on them they are under the desk so could be good idea.

thats what they could have had on

lol you know they pissed regulary in their pants in a flight if they had to pee. A flight could be long distance. And how the cockpit must have got Hot in the Sun in the summer. Plus the leaf blower being in eco mode. But they dont got freezes if they had damaged windows in the heights. That what I know. But I dont know how Hot the cockpit can become. Ok if the engine burns.....Its really a disgusting job.

I have the MFG's a good while now with the BF109 Pedals. I don't see any reason to change.

I did add the damper a couple of years ago - worthwhile too.

I use TPR pedals and have footrests so that I can operate rudder pedals with just big toes.😁 I only place feet on pedals to operate the toe brakes. Works for warbirds, jets and helicopters.
