Bad quality animation of airmen free fall

The animation of free fall of airmen, who bailed out without parachute, is done very poorly. Each 2 seconds they do "jump" in the air. This bug is very old and it is strange that nobody made a complaint nor it hasn't been fixed for 2 years.
