light_dummy_med.epl ... no longer present?

Was trying to find light_dummy_med.epl in Graphics1.gtp (graphics/effects/surf/ ...)

to get LizLemon"s streetlamps MOD working again ,as i made a few missions using it.

 

The MOD no longer works as It seems no longer there in game 5.504b, but there's now a light_dummy_medium.epl.

 

Any ideas?
