Blowing up multiple 2k skins to 4k tool ?

Hi, is there a way to blowup a bunch of 2k dds files to 4k in a folder at once, a tool, or with Gimp or Photoshop?

I just load a bunch of RoF 2k skins for the Albatross D3 And Fokker E3 into 5.404, they already look great when imported BTW.
