Todt_Von_Oben Posted November 23, 2024 Author Posted November 23, 2024 I was totally surprised when I bailed out and got killed. Did they install malfunctions in the chutes? No, they got historically accurate and didn't provide them! Kudos! Now, if they can just make them frap once in a while, that would be great. 😎
Charlo-VR Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 I bailed from a 109 over the Eiffel Tower to see if the ‘chute would catch on it or the pilot would land on a ledge - but the canopy touching the tower simply caused it to collapse and my pilot went in. I think that’s the case with all buildings in the sim. 1

BSBD! 😃 2 hours ago, =IRFC=Tunes said: This has been the case since beta testing for FC3 when we asked them to remove chutes for the Albatros DII and any new, German, early war crates. I wasn't aware of that. So, if I understand you correctly, all the new "early" Central planes have no chutes? I'll have to check that later today. Thanks for the info.👍 Another thing I'll check: if I fly an Eindekker in 1918, will I get a parachute? 😉 Edited November 23, 2024 by Todt_Von_Oben Additional thoughts added. 1

Saved me some time. Thanks! 👍 And BTW, I think that's how it should be. Edited November 23, 2024 by Todt_Von_Oben Additional thoughts. 1
