Use VoiceAttack to change mode in Joystick Gremlin

Dear all,

 

Does anyone know if it is possible to use voice command in VoiceAttack to change mode in Joystick Gremlin?

 

I was unable to find anything directly similar through my initial Google searches.

 

Following a recommendation I read in this forum, I adopted first Joystick Gremlin and created a mode for each plane in IL2.

I loved the way it allows me to configure each aircraft in term of response for the throttle to match the detent, and to add specific buttons only relevant for specific airplanes.

 

The only issue is that in practice it is a real pain to cycle through all the modes to find the one I need.

 

Hence the idea to use VoiceAttack (which I was already using for other type of commands in IL2), to try to select the mode I want in Gremlin.

 

I have tried a little, and I know it is possible to call another application and add parameters, but with no success as I bumped into 2 issues, first that it will open new instance of the application even if Gremlin was already working, and second I don t know which is the Parameter I can activate to select a specific Mode.

 

Maybe some of you in this community are much more advanced user with both Voice Attack and Joystick Gremlin and have already been using one to control the other. VA seems more powerfull and with a lot of functionality and could become the master of Gremlin.
