"new" Damage not showing in video replay

I just made a Youtube video from an in-game recording.

In the mission, as it was being played, I could see large damage holes to the right wing of an IL-2 '41 model. 

During replay of the saved recording, this damage does not show on the wing.  I assume the damage is the "new" type and it looked really nice in detail.

Is this normal not to show the new type of damage in recording playback?

If it is, can this problem get fixed so that the damage will show in playback?

(maybe it's just the IL-2 1941 model that needs to be fixed)
