Please I need help to not do a proper installation and use the VR MetaQuest3

For better or worse, I have finally bought the MetaQuest3 and I would like someone to guide me through the steps, step by step, to use these VR glasses.

The box comes with the glasses and a transformer that I think is for charging it. Then I bought a USB cable with USB3 for the PC and a USB for the VR glasses.

Well, let's see if you can give me a hand and tell me what is the first thing I have to do step by step.

Por favor necesito ayuda para no hacer una instalación bien hecha y usar el VR MetaQuest3

 

Para lo bueno y para lo malo al final me he comprado el MetaQuest3 y me gustaría alguno que me quiera orientar cuales son los pasos, paso a paso para hacer un uso de estas gafas VR.

 

La caja viene con las gafas y un transformador que pienso es para cargarlo. Luego he comprado un cable USB con USB3 para el PC y un USB para las gafas VR.

 

Bueno pues a ver si me podéis echar una mano y decirme que es lo primero que tengo que hacer por puntos y paso a paso.
