I'm trying to start a coop game. When I go to admin coop it lets me add both people, but when I try to make the coop campaign it only lets me add one player in. Where it says coop user it lets me select either person but when loading it only has one player on the roster and I cannot add a second at any point in the campaign creation screen.

It shows both people as an option, with feasible tax being me and player being my friend, but when I try to put player as the coop player it only shows one of us.

I'm sure I'm just missing a step but I cannot figure out what it is.

Are both AI personas tied to the same player name?  PWCG will only allow a human player to be represented once in a mission.

The association and changing of AI persona to human player can be done in Campaign->Personnel->Administer Pilots

As far as I can tell, no. I have added both players in the administer coop option. When I go to make the player i can choose either myself or the other guy, but not make a profile for both.

Understood.  That's what I was trying to help with.  Go to:
Campaign->Personnel->Administer Pilots
Make sure that the human associated with the pilot is the correct one.

Okay I tried that but it is only showing one human as an option, not the two that I believe are set up..

I would recommend deleting the pilot and creating him again.  When you recreate him, type his human name into the box.  The drop down is for associating a persona with an existing human player.

Ok I'll give that a shot. There should be 2 human pilots in that page listed correct? And I don't have to recreate the campaign to add them?

Entering free form text in the text box auto creates a human participant.  I know it's not intuitive.  I put that in as a step saving measure to allow users to create the human entry and the pilot entry on one screen.

Should be no need to recreate the campaign.  Humans and AI pilots can be added and removed as you wish from a campaign in progress.
