Infantry?

I've thought about buying Tank Crew a few times but I've always thought that there is no infantry in the game which seemed to me to be a little unrealistic but just scrolling through here I've seen two old posts from 2022/2023 which tell of infantry modules for the Editor. So there is infantry available?

only American and English, by German or Russian units, and they are not dedicated to Tank Crew: the damage model they receive and inflict is not realistic... and there is nothing about future incorporation...
